Study hard. Estudia bastante

Give lots of kisses Da muchos besos

Laugh often Ríe a menudo

Don’t be overly concerned with your weight, it’s just a number. No te preocupes mucho con tu peso, es solo un número.

Always try to see the glass half full. Siempre trata de ver el vaso lleno a la mitad

Meet new people, even if they look different to you. Conoce nuevas personas, aún si ellos lucen diferentes para tí.

Remain calm, even when it seems hopeless. Permanece calmado, aún cuando parezca desesperado (a)

Take lots of naps.. Toma muchas siestas...

Be weird whenever you have the chance. Se un extraño siempre que tengas la oportunidad

Love your friends, no matter who they are. Ama a tus amigos, no importa quienes sean.

Don’t waste food. No desperdicies la comida.

RELAX. RELAJATE

Take an occasional risk. Toma un riesgo ocasional.

Try to have a little fun each day.
...it’s important. Trata de tener una pequeña diversión cada día....es importante.

Work together as a team. Trabaja junto a ellos como un equipo.

Share a joke with friends. Comparte un chiste con amigos.

Fall in love with someone.. Enamórate de alguien.

...and say ’I love you’ often  ... y dí ´Te amo´a menudo.

Express yourself creatively. Exprésate creativamente.

Be conscious of your appearance . Sé consciente de tu apariencia.

Always be up for surprises. Siempre espera sorpresas.

Love someone with all of your heart. Ama a alguien con todo tu corazón.

Share with friends. Comparte con amigos.

Watch your step. Cuídate.

It will get better. Todo mejorará.

There is always someone who loves you more than you know. Hay siempre alguien que te ama más de lo que tú sabes.

Exercise to keep fit. Ejércitate para mantenerte en forma.

Live up to your name. Se congruente con tu nombre. (palabra).

Hold on to good friends; they are few and far between. Espera por buenos amigos; ellos son pocos y lejos.

Indulge in the things you truly love. Permítete cosas que realmente amas.

 
Cherish every Sunday. Aprecia cada domingo.

At the end of the day... PRAY. Al final del día....ORA.
